Over that time, our relationship has continued to evolve across developments including Kintore and Dalfaber, with our kitchens and bathrooms becoming an integral part of homes designed around modern family life.
The latest chapter is Park View in Kintore, which launched in Autumn 2025. With contemporary, energy-efficient family homes at its heart, the development called for kitchens and bathrooms that felt just as considered as the homes around them.
When we first started working with Scotia, our role was focused on supplying kitchens. Since then, that relationship has grown into a fully project-managed installation service, with our teams working closely together from the early stages of a development right through to completion.
At Park View, we’ve taken that relationship a step further, with bathrooms now forming part of our scope alongside the kitchens. It’s a natural progression for a partnership that has continued to develop with each new project.

Delivering kitchens and bathrooms across multiple developments and large numbers of homes takes more than simply getting products to site. It relies on good communication, careful planning and teams who understand what needs to happen at every stage.
Our internal and external project management teams work closely with Scotia’s site and office teams throughout each development, keeping everyone up to date with programme requirements and progress.
Weekly status reports provide a clear picture of where each installation is up to, while site measures, sign-offs and completed installations are photographed and reported back by our team as work progresses.
It might not be the most visible part of what we do, but this organisation behind the scenes is what helps keep installations moving smoothly and ensures every kitchen and bathroom is completed to the standard expected of the finished home.

At Park View in Kintore, the preference has been for warmer, more neutral tones, creating welcoming spaces with a timeless feel that sit naturally within Scotia’s contemporary family homes.
