Brought to you by the founders of the original Taste of Grampian event, Taste of Christmas Thainstone 2025 offered a brand-new seasonal celebration with a local twist! Held at the Thainstone Centre in Inverurie, the event was a full day dedicated to the best local food, drink, and crafts, creating a magical experience for food lovers, festive shoppers and families alike.
The stage was buzzing with energy as some of the region’s top chefs took to the kitchens, including Orry Shand from Entier, Alan Clarke from Meldrum House, Ross Cochrane from Mara, and Graham Mitchell from Tarragon. Visitors enjoyed watching these culinary stars bring seasonal flavours to life, making the festive spirit tangible in every demonstration.
Supporting the action behind the scenes, Laings designed, supplied, and installed the exhibition kitchens used throughout the event, providing the perfect space for the chefs to showcase their dishes while keeping the focus on the food. Seeing our kitchens in action, supporting the chefs’ creativity, was a real highlight of the weekend!
