Set in the heart of the Aberdeenshire countryside, this striking development features 15 contemporary new-build homes, thoughtfully designed to complement the surrounding rural landscape.
Working closely with Annie Kenyon Developments to bring each space to life, our designers created a collection of interiors that balance modern functionality with timeless elegance, reflecting the architectural vision behind these beautiful homes.

The wider Mains of Carnousie development comprises 15 new homes, built in two phases. Each property has been individually designed to maximise natural light, views, and space, creating a community that feels both diverse and harmonious. A conservation project will also restore the original steading, transforming it into six unique homes and preserving the site’s historic character for generations to come.
This project is another example of Laings’ successful collaborations with housing developers across Scotland, delivering bespoke kitchen and bathroom designs that elevate new-build living.
