Each of our tradespeople specialise in one discipline – be it plumbing, electrical, joinery or tiling. They are the best in their field, skilled at delivering results of the highest quality within the timescale stipulated by the customer. Our expert, in-house Installations Team is fully accredited by the KBSA, SNIPEF, the Gas Safe Register, TrustMark and Select, as well as endorsed by The Guild of Master Craftsmen. We work with our clients on both a supply only and supply and installation basis and pride ourselves on our ability to deliver a turnkey project management service which works seamlessly alongside our customers’ operations. To date, we have delivered every supply and installation project on or ahead of schedule. Some of our customers have used our services continuously for a period of more than 10 years and, in some cases for hundreds of rooms.
We manage the installation of your project from the moment your order is placed:
We will keep you informed on the start date of your installation, creating an Installation Programme which provides you with a full schedule of works and a timeframe for the project’s completion.
Our specialist trades personnel will complete the installation, bringing your approved design to life, whilst paying close attention to every detail.
Our dedicated Project Managers will provide regular updates throughout the project, advising of any changes and visiting the site to monitor progress.
On completion of the project, our on-site supervisor will inspect the works and sign them off with you.
In addition to our Installations Department, which is also responsible for our retail customer projects, we have a dedicated Commercial Installations Supervisor, who manages the supply and fit of kitchens to our contracts customers and supports the bathroom contracts team with supply and fit jobs where required.
