This is our Inspiration to Installation ethos. It can be broken down into a simple five-step process:
Step One + Inspiration
Every project begins with a moment of inspiration. It could be a theme – Victorian bathroom or contemporary kitchen – a colour scheme or material – polar white, concrete grey, granite or walnut – or even a design detail – a tap, handle or towel rail.

Step Two + Survey
As your ideas begin to take shape, our experienced survey team will, where possible, visit your property and carry out a thorough inspection of your space.
“When we visit your home to carry out a survey we want to get an understanding of your space. How large is the room and what is its shape? How is your existing space configured? How bright is it and where are the light sources?”

Step Three + Design
After discussing your ideas with you and carrying out a survey of your space, your designer will begin the design process.
“We prepare 3D visuals of your space, so you can get a real sense of how your room will look, and work with you until you are happy with every detail, no matter how small.”

Step Four + Installation
Once your design has been finalised, it is allocated an installation slot, before being fitted by our dedicated kitchen, bathroom and bedroom installations team.
“Our expert craftsmen carry out installations efficiently, to minimise disruption to your normal routine. We ensure the project goes smoothly by regularly visiting your property and providing you with daily updates.”
Step Five + Aftercare
We are there for you even after installation is complete. A member of our team will visit once your project is finished to make sure you are happy with the results and arrange a handover meeting to demonstrate your new products and provide all the necessary customer care information and operating instructions.
