The project was driven by property-owner Marjory Meldrum. With a passion for design and a talent for incorporating an array of vibrant colours into her home, Marjory wanted to create a light, bright and spacious kitchen to complement her beautiful and unique furniture and accessories.
“After meeting Marjory in the showroom I was truly inspired to work alongside her to create her vision. She was looking for a bespoke kitchen which offered clean lines, excellent storage and open space for entertaining, with a few additional quirky features to make it truly unique. For instance, she chose a tapered, conical wooden leg to support the curved breakfast bar."

With its riot of colours, large open spaces and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Deeside landscape, Marjory’s home is both an uplifting and calming place to be. This is enhanced by the kitchen’s use of natural materials with a contemporary finish and the cleverly hidden, practical features and appliances, which make it a relaxing space to cook in.
