To our valued retail and contracts customers:

We know that there is great uncertainty at the moment and we would like to reassure you that we are following current government guidelines closely. For the moment, our showroom remains open Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm and Sunday 12pm – 5pm and our warehouse is continuing to provide collection and delivery services. We are taking every measure possible to protect the health and safety of our staff and customers.

We have advised our suppliers and external partners not to visit our showroom for meetings to limit the contact our teams have to customers only. Any member of staff who develops symptoms will be told to self-isolate at home, as advised by the government.

We have a large showroom, which allows us to ensure that all staff and customers observe a 2 metre distance policy. Showroom surfaces are being disinfected several times a day and hand sanitiser is available in every area. We are delighted to welcome you to visit and browse our showroom and attend appointments, but would ask that you do not visit if you have returned from a high risk area or have even the mildest of symptoms. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please call our showroom and our Front of House Team will be happy to help you.

If you are in a vulnerable group or would prefer not to visit our showroom for your appointment, we are more than happy to arrange to conduct it over the phone and can post any brochures you require to you at home.

If you’re awaiting a delivery from our warehouse, please let them know if you develop symptoms, so your delivery can be rescheduled once you are recovered.

Finally, we would also request that any customer looking for aftercare support with the replacement of a part[s], does not bring the part to be replaced into the showroom during this time.
