Our Contracts Team have developed a design and installation process specifically for hotels, which accommodates the requirement for rooms to be made operational quickly, whilst delivering a polished, luxury feel in every bathroom renovated.

We will visit your hotel, host meetings with key personnel and thoroughly research the technical aspects of your project to create a unique design which is tailored to the space and style of your establishment.

We provide a complimentary design and consultation service. Our designers’ will bring your project to life in 3D visual format and discuss every detail with you, making alterations until you are completely satisfied.
+ Working to your deadlines
We understand the complexities of renovation and expansion projects. That’s why, once ordered, we will safely and securely store your products at our 30,000sq.ft warehouse until they are required on site.
+ A quality installation programme
We provide you with a clear Installation Programme which outlines the schedule of works required to complete your project. Our planners will specify a timeframe for each individual tradesperson being on site and will keep you informed of progress throughout.

Every installation project is fully project managed. Your dedicated Laings Project Manager will support you throughout, making regular visits to site and providing frequent updates on progress.
