"I saw an article in the Aberdeen Press and Journal about Laings having just completed a bathroom refurbishment project in a large central Scotland hotel; and made contact. They provided designs, suggestions, quotes, arrangements, did the job within the timescales, and the quality was first class. That first contract was for 20 new bathrooms with the complete works from scratch; since then they have done a total of 112 bathrooms for us at 3 different sites in Shetland and Aberdeen, and the quality and efficiency is the same on the 112th bathroom as it was on the first.
